Who He Says I Am

What do you think of yourself? What do you like about yourself? Can you think of anything? I know that’s not always easy and it’s especially harder on some days more than others. In the midst of failures, self-doubt, comparison traps, and confusion, it’s easy to focus on the negative things you believe about yourself. In fact, God assures us that He’s crazy about us, but we find it hard to believe that that really means us. Today, I want you to remember what God says about you and say these things to yourself until you finally believe it.

I am fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14)

The Lord is my light and I don’t have to walk in darkness. (Psalm 27:1)

I am precious to God and He will take care of me. (Matthew 6:25-44, Isaiah 43:4)’

The Lord is my rock and refuge. He will be a safe place for me. (Psalm 18:1)

I am not destined for destruction, I have a purpose and a hope. (1 Peter 28:9)

I am accepted. (John 15:15)

I am special. (Ephesians 2:10)

I am created with purpose. (Jeremiah 29:11)

I am strong. (Psalm 18:35)

I am forgiven. (Psalm 103:12)

I am who God says I am.

Reminder: Your words have power… speak life, speak truth and be kind to yourself always. ❤️
